Mubasher: The shareholders of Kuwait Financial Centre (Markaz) agreed during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) to distribute 7% of capital as cash dividends for fiscal year 2017.

The investment banking and financial services provider will pay 7 fils per share dividends to the entitled shareholders, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.

The dividends will be distributed on 3 April to the shareholders registered in records on the maturity date 29 March.

In FY17, Markaz achieved a growth of 10% in profits to KWD 4.43 million compared to KWD 4.03 million in the prior fiscal year.
